In this 8-week online course, students will learn the basics in Spanish like colors, the alphabet, family members, or school objects.  Full Spanish Lessons (+20 minutes).

If you have a kid under 4, I have the Spanish Preschool course that is shorter and your kids will love it. It’s a great introduction to Spanish. 

However, this course is still great for young learners.

Hola! Bienvenido a mi Full Spanish Course for Beginners. From ABC to full conversation. Dynamic Spanish lessons that accelerate and make learning fun.

The classes include:

This class is ESL Friendly. Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. (CEFR: all levels) Class is appropriate for CEFR: A1, A2, B1, B2 C1, C2.

It takes time to set new knowledge, so I advise taking 4 lessons per week. I will post about 5 every week, on Sunday morning Pacific Time. Needless to say, you CAN and SHOULD ask me any questions you have, I'm here to teach you Spanish and I love when students are passionate about learning. I will answer in video or text (or both!).

2. Figuras - shapes, song, domino, bubbles game…
3. Pronunciación - Pronunciation:  alphabet, vowels, consonants, and basic questions 
4. Emociones - Emotions, q&a
5. Saludos - Greetings, name and address, song, q&a 
6. Genero - Gender , he and she 
7. Singular or plural - Number/ el los/ la las, 
8. El cuerpo 1 (La cara) - Body 1 Face: the body/ flash cards, bubble games, q y a. Cara 
9. El cuerpo 2 - Body 
10 . Direcciones - Directions  
11. Números - Numbers 0 to 19
12. Números - Numbers 11-1000
13. Familia - Family 
14. Lo opuestos - Opposites 
15. Las mascotas - Pets 
16.  Animales salvajes - Wild animals 
17. Los insectos - Insects
18. Animales de la granja - Farm animals
19. Objetos de la escuela -  School supplies 

(Students will get a diploma for completing the first few classes and get to practice the new knowledge.) 

Learners are required to watch the lessons and answer a question I ask at the end. Optionally, they can record themselves using the new vocabulary and post it in the class to get my and other classmate's feedback.

Each meeting starts with a greeting, then we sing a song about the class topic, then we learn the new vocabulary with slides and then we practice them.

Learner interaction is encouraged in the following ways:
I lead discussions via posts in the Outschool classroom.
I use the Outschool recording feature to give personalized feedback.
I have students evaluate each others’ work.
