In this class, learners will learn how to listen to their bodies, articulate how they’re feeling, and learn some mindfulness techniques of self-regulation in order to respond with care and kindness toward themselves. Throughout the class, they will learn some tips and tricks to help calm their bodies if they get angry or have big emotions. Using a story and the accompanying activities as a guide, learners will understand the connection between sensations and feelings, so they can get better...

Week 1Lesson 1Listening to My BodyYou will be asked to get up and move in place. Please make sure the space around you is clear. Also, you may want to have a water bottle close by while taking class.
