The advantage of one-on-one tutoring is that it allows me to personalize suggestions to fit the particular student's needs.  Parents should describe specific goals and share other information about the student's situation.  I will try to tailor the sessions to meet goals. 
 
This tutoring can also be used for one of my regular semester courses, if parents prefer an individualized education.  

Students will have opportunity during their independent work outside of the live session to practice the methods/concepts we discuss together.  We will meet again and evaluate the progress together while looking for other areas that need improvement.  This cycle can be repeated as often as the student/parent wishes.  Please let me know what times you would prefer to meet, and I will do my best to schedule the sessions when most convenient for you.
