- Each student should have ready access to a piano or an electronic musical keyboard. The camera/device should be placed in such a manner as to allow the teacher visual of both the student and both hands. 

 - In the case of an electronic musical keyboard, there should also be a way for the student to show the teacher the button features. A parent may assist younger students with this, when and if needed. An alternative would be to provide the instructor with the make and model of the instrument so that she can try to find an image or map of the instrument's specific features.

 - All instructional materials will be provided by the instructor.

All class materials and resources will be provided through the Outschool classroom. This includes the embedding of resource videos that will be hosted on YouTube. Parents should always supervise students when they are using the internet in any situation.
