This class will follow this structure: - Brief introduction - Learners will share different activities, things or people that make them happy in their day to day life (pictures are welcome) - Presentation of new information (will include different studies on key topics mentioned above) - Pictures, videos, virtual reality tours VR (using Nearpod) - A few exercises on different techniques covered in class (like gratitude journaling, meditation, and other)

I have been practicing asana for over 10 years. Realizing the effect that my practice had on me both mentally and physically, I was pulled to learn more about yoga. Having completed the 200hr YYT with We Are One Teacher Training in Reno, I started teaching both online and in person in individual settings and small groups. It is very empowering and motivational to see the students realize the impact that yoga can have on them. Because we all can use a little bit of yoga...
There are no judgments in my classes, and no previous experience is required. Starting practicing yoga is never too early and it is never too late. Also, there is no better day then today!
