In this class, students will learn about the digestive system. We will learn about what ANATOMY is and also have lots of fun. We will label the system, learn its function, and so much more. As a past massage therapist, I have always loved learning about the systems of the body and not only how it works but also why it works the way it does. I will be using slides, short videos, worksheets, and class discussions to teach these topics. I will ask questions to check for understanding. Learners don't need to have any previous knowledge of anatomy to take this class. My goal for this class is to create a welcoming environment that is fun and engaging for each learner. I hold a degree👩🎓 in Early Childhood Education and have been immersed in the world of children since I was 18. My journey started as a volunteer at a daycare center and later as a dedicated paraprofessional 👩🏫 for four years, working closely with preschoolers, kindergarteners, and first graders. I've had the privilege of teaching in both public and private school settings. I have been teaching learners online for almost 1 year! I am loving every bit of it.
I'm all about encouraging participation, but I understand that not everyone loves to share—and that's totally okay!
