Learning Outcomes:  Upon completing this course, students will be able to:  
1) Identify characteristic of saxophone tone quality.
2) Demonstrate saxophone tone quality characteristic of a beginner.
3) Demonstrate and teach instrument assembly.
4) Demonstrate and teach embouchure formation.
5) Demonstrate and teach proper hand position.
6) Utilize and teach correct fingerings.
7) Transpose music from concert to written and written to concert for each instrument.
8) Utilize knowledge of tuning tendencies in performance and teaching.

I have been teaching and mentoring all ages and levels for over 15 years. Every student is unique, therefore, lessons are designed to fit the student individually. Olayemi's teaching style is molded to satisfy each students goals and needs. Olayemi also focuses on developing proper playing habits which is largely related to sound production. I see it as my job to help my students understand and develop the proper techniques in order for them to be the best they can be on their instrument. Lessons are about having fun making music, learning, and improving.
