課堂經歷
Students will learn the definition of rocks, crystals and minerals. After defining what a crystal is students will be able to differentiate a crystal from a rock. With the understanding of what a crystal is made up of the students will then learn the uses of crystals culturally. This class will be taught with video presentation, reading material, lecture and some hands on learning. Homework is not mandatory but will definitely assist in the understanding and retaining of the class time lessons. Homework will entail assignments such as, finding rocks or crystals in your yard/neighborhood (if possible) and small research follow-up.
