In this one time class, students will review finding the perimeter of polygons. The teacher will demonstrate finding the perimeter for polygons. Students will work problems with the teacher as well as problems on their own. Students should have experience with finding perimeter and need review. They should also know how to add and multiply. Students who have solved perimeter problems, as well as know multiplication and addition, could do well in this class. Let's practice finding the perimeter of polygons!

Hello everyone! Welcome to Outschool!
My name is Ms. Julie and I'm excited to meet you! I teach Reading, Math, Writing, ESL (English As a Second Language), and other subjects too. I've been an educator and teaching for over 20 years in both brick-and-mortar and online. When I'm not teaching, I can often be found tutoring online or in person. My experience includes working with preschool to high school students with a lot of my experience with elementary and middle school age groups. I have an elementary education K-6 grade license as well as a math 5-8 license and a K-12 ESL (English As a Second Language) License. I have taught ESL (English as a Second Language) for many years also. My masters in reading has been a great resource as well.
Every student can learn and I believe we all learn in different ways. I love to have fun while learning! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time outside with my furry friend or time with family and friends.評論
