"In this 40-minute class, young artists will learn to draw an incredible monster truck! They'll follow step-by-step instructions, needing paper, a pencil, and an eraser; color pencils, markers, or crayons are optional. This small group class guarantees individual attention and won't cancel due to low enrollment. We'll start with a teacher-led review of lines and shapes, encouraging artists to practice as they watch the demonstration. Then, it's time to draw the awesome monster truck! Using shapes and lines, we'll create the tires, body, and scene for the truck. Is it racing through dunes, maneuvering mud, or taking on ramps? Next, let's add the details! Learners are encouraged to get creative, adding cool accessories like lights and graphics. This lesson offers a lot of opportunities for artists to introduce original ideas! Throughout the class, questions are welcomed, with additional assistance provided as needed. Finally, learners will have the chance to share their amazing monster truck drawings with their peers in a relaxed and creative environment. We'll cover art vocabulary, focusing on various lines, shapes, and spatial concepts such as overlapping, foreground, middle ground, and background."
