In this class, students will learn about different marine animals in French through repetition and voice variation. Students will learn how to talk about animals including, but not exclusive to, fish, sharks, dolphins, and sea turtles. They will learn simple sentences about these animals.

All students will have the opportunity to speak throughout the class as we go through the PowerPoint. Because students are encouraged to repeat and speak in class, a working microphone is strongly recommended. Repetition for language acquisition is key and will play a large part in this course, both in the form of speaking and singing (don't worry, you don't need to be a professional. It's just for fun!) This is a beginner level French class. 

In order for all students to hear me in class, I employ a strict muting policy. I will unmute students one at a time so they can work with me, and all students will have many opportunities to speak. Young students may need a parent to help them unmute. I go over the muting policy each class as a reminder to students. Additionally, due to Outschool policy, students must identify themselves on camera at least once at the beginning of class.
