Welcome! I'm Jacqueline Gragg.  I have my Associate's degree in General Studies from Longview Community College-Missouri, my Bachelor's degree in Health Science-Occupational Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and my Master's degree in Science Education-Special Education from Central Missouri State University-Warrensburg.  I also attended 2 years of Montessori training at LaVonna Peterson's Montessori Training-Kansas City, Missouri.  I have been an Occupational Therapist for 32 years.  I have provided services from birth to the age of 100 in the home setting, as well as hospitals, developmental workshops, nursing homes, therapy centers, preschools, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools.  In the school settings I have worked with Special Education students, Pre-K to high school, who struggle with behavior, social, visual perceptual, gross and fine motor skills.  Typical developing children have been present for peer modeling.  In addition, I have taught preschool at my church for 6 years, and to my own child, William, in my home for 2 years.
I love being a therapist with a diverse background in teaching!  I love to teach through play and thematic activities.  I have experience working with any age, adapt quickly to the learners needs, and can progress learning in all areas of development.
