Do you have a learner ready to enter kindergarten or first grade? This is a fun camp to help them prepare for kindergarten and first grade reading! In this camp we will meet 5 days a week! Each day we will practice a different word family or blended sound. This class does not build upon itself so feel free to join at any time! We will practice reading CVC words, such as cat, bat, and rat or mug, dug, and hug. We will also practice diagraphs, diphthongs, and other blended sounds such as cow...
Learners will gain confidence and become better readers in all areas of beginning reading.
Learners will be provided with a printout.
