課堂經歷
During this Live, one-time class, we will dance to the song "Lead the Way" from the hit movie "Raya and the Last Dragon" and create a Sisu Craft. We will begin our class with short introductions of each learner. Following our introductions, we will begin learning our very simple routine to our song. We will do our dance a few times before beginning our craft. We will be making Sisu out of paper and an empty toilet paper roll. Supply list: -an empty toilet paper roll -2 printouts provided in the classroom -craft paper -scissors -glue -crayons -markers Let's have fun dancing and crafting to this awesome movie-themed class!

父母的引導和規範
With any movement style class, learners are encouraged to have a water bottle nearby as well as dressing in comfortable clothing. It is also highly encouraged to have adequate amount of space for moving around your room. If there are any prior injuries or restrictions, the teacher should be made aware.
This class requires the use of scissors for our craft. Parental Guidance should be used while scissors are in use.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
