課堂經歷
Raddish Kids: Biscuits + Homemade Butter class will use our award-winning illustrated, step-by-step recipe format to teach young chefs how to make biscuits and homemade butter. Cooking alongside a Raddish Kids instructor, students will learn the secrets to what makes biscuits light and fluffy, and learn two culinary skills: dry measuring and oven safety. The student will need to be prepared with the ingredients and equipment (listed in the materials section) before the class.

What You Will Need: Ingredients: Flour Baking powder Salt Sugar Butter Milk Heavy Cream Tools/Equipment: Mixing bowl Measuring spoons Dry measuring cups Liquid measuring cup Mixing spoon Baking sheet Parchment paper Oven Jar with lid
