We want to help you connect to what’s important to you, so you can share that with people.

So you can create change. 

What kinda’ change?

Well, change that happens on the inside- When you SPEAK. Or when you share your STORY. 

And, change that can happen on the outside- when others hear you. 

This is for you, World Changer. We believe in you.

Method: 

In this public speaking class, students will build self-confidence and communication skills using:

A guided format to help them explore their passion, values, and lessons
A guided format to help them craft and create their own speech for public speaking

Types of Speaking Supported: 
Discussion, Impromptu, Prepared Speech, Interaction, Storytelling


IS IT FOR YOU? 
The goal of this class is to help children build 1) self-confidence 2) communication skills. They will not be coached on best practices or methods for goal-achieving, other than the idea that communicating can create impact. This is a speaking class that helps students connect to their passion to build confidence in speaking. 


Prior Experience: 
There is no prior experience required for this class. ESL Learners who can speak comfortably are welcome- CEFR B1, B2, C1 C2. 


Supplies: 

Object related to your hobby/passion + 30 second sample to demonstrate 
Worksheets provided print and bring to class 
Highly recommended before-class writing activity to think & prepare for the content


After Class Speech Submission: 

After class, you are welcome to finish your speech/story at home, and submit it to the teacher for feedback. You are welcome to submit it a 2nd time when using it in the future (any time), to make sure you’re good to go!
