After taking Beginning Public Speaking with Coach Chris Dee, your child may want more details on speech writing and exactly how and what to practice prior to giving their presentation. In this coaching session, Coach Chris will outline in detail how to structure a speech or presentation and how to begin writing. She will give your student 1) Her own secrets to writing a successful speech 2) Her essential speech practice tips 3) How to organize presentation materials 4) How to End a...
Students will learn how to organize their presentation, both verbal and visual aid materials, in a way that creates a cohesive experience for the listening audience. They will learn the secrets to keep an audience engaged and thinking about the topic at hand throughout the student presentation. Students will gain confidence as they learn the secrets tips to practice before they get up in front of a classroom, podium, auditorium or microphone. Finally, students will know how to end a presentation to make it valuable and memorable.
I have been a corporate trainer for over 30 years. I am currently an on-air radio personality (since 2010). I have also been a primary school P.E. instructor and group fitness class instructor for over 15 years. I have emceed many community events in front of a live audience of hundreds. Speaking in front of audiences has been a part of my entire career.
Students may want to jot down tips presented in the slideshow presentation, so pen and paper.
