This class will focus on the changes a girl experiences when going through puberty. Course content will include: medically correct language for body parts, physical and emotional changes girls experience during puberty, hygiene tips, positives and negatives of puberty and time to ask questions. Students will learn through a variety of methods in this class including games, videos, and discussion. Students with a variety of knowledge are welcome to join this class - it can be an excellent first introduction to the topic of puberty or a deeper dive into the topic for others.

This course will feature discussion topics around puberty. This class will include medically correct language, such as breasts, menstruation, pubic hair, and others. Students will be allowed to ask questions centered around their experiences and curiosities with puberty.
