In 1999, I graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese, from Madonna University, Livonia, Michigan.  I obtained Level IV of Japanese Language Proficiency Test Certification in 2008.  While living in MI., I developed and taught a Japanese culture curriculum as well as taught basic beginning Japanese to young students. I enjoyed being an ESL instructor teaching English to Chinese students living in China.  I  taught in private and public schools in MI. for many years as a research room teacher, and an early school Montessori assistant teacher. Learning a language is extremely rewarding and an enjoyable commitment. I am currently taking Japanese lessons to pass level 1 of the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
