In this class, I scaffold fun activities to meet your child's language level. This is ideal for students who have never said "Bonjour" to those who are asking "Je veux plus de chocolat!" and everyone in between. 

As a teacher, my focus is on creating activities that feel more like playtime and less like a chore. Whether that includes playing games or singing songs, my goal with this age group is to make learning French fun so that it becomes a lifelong interest rather than just something they did as a kid. 

Lessons are short to focus on meaningful interactions and quality over quantity. If you believe your child would enjoy longer sessions, please reach out to me to discuss. These classes are only on an on-demand basis, so please reach out if you're interested. 

Lesson structure and content will vary based on the student. 
For example, if a student is new to French, we will start by recognizing the basics, including colors, numbers, and animals. This will include signing songs to learn the vocabulary and playing identification games to test their progress. 
For more advanced students, class may include a more open question and answer discussion based on the topic we're discussing with a game to finish. 
Reading will be introduced based on the learner's level, but the focus will be on vocabulary and conversation practice. An emphasis on reading skills may be provided upon request or student interest.
