We'll work one-on-one to cover the math needed to prepare a student for the Independent Schools Entrance Exam.  The ISEE test has two math sections – quantitative reasoning and math achievement.  We will use a combination of the best ISEE test prep materials to work on each of these test sections.  Students will learn tips and strategies for each section and then we will work through practice problems together.  The ISEE doesn't just test what you know, it measures your ability to learn and process new information. So, we will practice fun exercises that focus on improving attention, working memory, and processing skills. Working on these important cognitive skills makes my program different and more effective. Students will work on test prep questions independently as homework and we will review these together in the next meeting. 
The course schedule will be as follows:
Week 1 - Quantitative reasoning section with logic and reasoning games
Week 2 - Mathematics achievement section and processing skills work
Week 3 - We will review the practice test and any areas that need extra work
