I am offering weekly private one-on-one flute lessons for children ages 9-18. We will meet once a week for 30 minutes to work on your child's individual flute and musical goals. These 30 minute lessons are ideal for beginning flutists so that we can build solid foundational flute skills. Together with you and your child I will develop weekly, monthly and yearly goals for your child's progress as a flutist. During our private weekly lessons, students will learn the fundamentals of good flute tone, technique, hand position, posture and embouchure placement. I also teach my students how to practice efficiently and effectively. We will learn a variety of flute specific topics in a clear, concise and methodical way.

Students will be expected to practice outside of lesson time to prepare for our lessons each week. The amount of practice time and number of days per week will be decided by myself along with the student and parent. I will assign a variety of exercises each week depending on the level and goals of each student.提供的評估
