In this class we will:
-introduce new musicians to the beginning level of playing bass guitar.
-teach students according to their level of experience.
-teach individual notes as well as collections of notes (riffs, runs, etc) in playing.
-work on one or more skills like learn “2-finger”, “flat pick”, and “pop-n-slap” styles. (No, those aren’t Kung-Fu moves. Lol)

I'll keep a record of their progress in order to ensure they get the most out of each class.

Learners can bring me a song they want to learn how to play and I will teach them how to play it. I also have a collection of popular and various styles of songs.

My highest goal is that playing bass would be a fun experience for everyone!

(Speaking of fun, did you know there's thing called a "ukulele bass"? I've got one and I'll show you how to make it sound like an upright bass! Plus we'll discuss the benefits of an acoustic bass, which I'll demonstrate as well.)
