This class is geared toward preschool aged students who are eager to move their bodies and learn a little bit about what we put in them!  In this class we will use several action songs with jumping, running, skipping, tiptoeing etc. Class will move quickly as to keep the students attention and remain engaging and fun. We will begin with a fun warm up dance, followed by a song and a stretch. Nutrition information will be strategically placed throughout the class at intervals between movement and action songs. My classes are loud, fun and silly! . Learners will be able to interact with me and each other in the beginning of class, and they may ask questions at any time. I will be engaging with learners throughout the entire class, asking questions and encouraging feedback and participation- Example: "Grab your water! Let's talk about water and why it's so important." There is no required experience needed for this class, just a desire to move and have fun. Adequate space for moving and jumping is needed to avoid collision with objects and injury.
