This class is geared toward young artists who love to create and want to practice their art making skills. You are welcome to join every week or drop in whenever it fits your schedule. No prior knowledge or experience is needed to enjoy each class. My goal is always to make students feel comfortable and confident in their art making abilities. Every week young artists will create one unique artwork inspired by the seasons or events during that time of year. Through the use of storytelling,...
List of supplies are not required every week but recommended to have available: 1. Drawing paper 2. Construction paper of various colors 3. Pencils 4. Crayons or oil pastels 5. Black sharpie marker and markers of various colors 6. Glue bottle or glue stick 7. Scissors 8. Tempra or acrylic paint 9. Watercolor paint 10. Paint brush and water cup 11. Shape tracers of various sizes (cups, lids, small boxes, etc.) 12. Tape
Parental guidance is required to help with the use of scissors and distribution of paint.
