Let's move with numbers!
*We will begin class with a mindfulness practice.  Then we will get started moving!  
*We'll count and have fun with numbers using yoga poses.  Our poses will be both seated and standing.  We'll move and groove and wiggle and giggle.   
*After lots of movement, we will begin to slow it back down. We'll do some breathing exercises that will help calm the mind as well as the body.  We will also do some mindfulness practices to help relax and wind down.  

*No yoga experience is necessary to be able to follow along and join in the fun!

Students will practice yoga poses to build strength and flexibility in a fun and silly way, use their imagination as they act out stories, and learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief.  This class provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness.  Yoga style games refine listening skills, develop strong minds and bodies, and teach students how to release tension and relax.

父母的引導和規範
Students need an open workout space with space to move that is free of furniture. A yoga mat is helpful, but not required. Students should not wear just socks, but should be either barefoot or in shoes (if no yoga mat) to keep from slipping. Have a water bottle handy if needed. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
