In this one time class, we will discuss the "other" creatures of the deep that lived long ago. From giant crustacean crushing machines that swim, prehistoric sailfish and even a unicorn shark, yup, unicorn shark. We will discuss when these creatures lived, what they ate, how they ate it and how they became extinct. This is a presentation style class, with plenty of breaks and encouragement to ask questions throughout. I use many visual references throughout the class time to reiterate the points I am making. I enjoy a fun style of teaching, engaging the learners with thought provoking questions and comments. There is no prework required, come ready to have fun and learn.
