課堂經歷

I will be teaching yoga through a power sequence.
We will work on deep breathing techniques and powerful yoga poses.
I will teach student's how to move their bodies in ways that feels good for them.
All levels are welcome- we will have basics and breakdowns as well as advancement opportunities.
My teaching style is fun, interactive and calming.
I will allow students to ask questions about poses and breathing.
No prior knowledge is needed.
Hazards: include but not limited to  Workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand

I love teaching yoga to all ages, as well as meditation and breath work.
I have a 2 year old and a wonderful husband. Any time not spent with them I am usually teaching or practicing yoga or playing with my sound bowls!

I believe it is important to slow down, connect to your breath and turn inward.

I have a puppy named Taco! I love dancing, dressing up and being silly!
