🚌 WELCOME TO CLASS! This course has everything your child will need to be Kindergarten-ready. Your child will learn their weekly letter, weekly number, shapes, science facts, and have a "fun themed day" each week. 

📝 Handouts, work pages, and crafts will be provided weekly. Each week we will be exploring a fun theme that will correspond to the letter we will be talking about that week. Feel free to stay for one week, or for the full year. This class will cover a full curriculum and will provide your child with all the tools necessary for moving forward in their scholastic journey.

Day 2: Number of the Day

-Number activity (monster mats, shape mazes, and more)

Day 3: Circle Time/Science/Fun Themed Day
-Welcome Song
-Activity of the Week (varies depending on week) --This could be anything from a craft, story, workout class, themed activity, science facts, and more!
-Show and Tell --The learner may bring a show and tell item to share. It can be related to either the letter of the week (bring an apple for a) or the theme of the week (a mickey mouse toy for Disney week).

✏️ What to Expect:
Each week you will be sent weekly handouts that you are welcome to print or copy onto paper. You will not need to purchase additional materials, except for maybe a few crafting supplies on occasion. 

👩🏼‍🏫 I have been tutoring or teaching since 2010 and have many other classes that have been successful, so we decided to combine them together for this mega-class! You can always expect my classes to be fun, upbeat, and your child will leave learning something new.

🖇 Every day, learners will have the opportunity to engage with one another, make friends, and stay engaged throughout class using a variety of strategies to maintain knowledge retention.

🥅 Goals:
The class is designed to hold your child's interest while giving them a new concept right when they need it. They will be challenged with a new concept each lesson, then they will have the help to succeed in understanding it. The students will learn through sight, song, repetition, and building upon previously learned concepts. They will also be able to show off their creative side by bringing something to share with others that begins with the letter we will be reviewing. 

🧮 This class helps children develop language, mathematical, and comprehension skills through activities that teach sequencing, rhyming, classification, same/different, and opposites.

🔤 They learn letters and sounds through music and fun object lessons. Then we broaden the experience to solidify skills and build self-confidence.

🥳 Just for fun:
We will celebrate themed days and dress up days. We will also celebrate when our classmates have a birthday. 

🍁 Fall schedule:
We will take a few class breaks for Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, and Winter Break. 

🌷 Spring Schedule: 
We will take a few class breaks for Martin Luther King day, President’s day, and Spring break. 

☀️ Summer Schedule: 
We will take breaks for Independence Day, as well as any other major summer holidays.
