Join me for a fun and exciting ONGOING course for the pop music lover learner! We will workout and dance through Zumba choreographies to current popular tunes. ❓Do you love dancing to popular songs and choreos from tik tok? ❓Do you want to workout without feeling you are working out? ❗️Well this class could be the perfect class for you!! This super fun course combines the mental and physical benefits of Dance without the pressure of memorizing choreographies. fun attires are welcome and encouraged! I will be your biggest hype woman. My goal with this class is for my learners to have fun, work on their coordination and leave the classroom feeling accomplished with their dance moves. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C O U R S E O U T L I N E : We will dance to… 👉 Songs by Taylor Swift, Meghan Trainor, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa and many many more! There are new songs every week and I will make sure to include your favorite songs! A typical class includes… 👉 Introductions 👉 Warm up/stretching 👉 Dance dance and more dance 👉 Cool down 👉 Stretching + sharing You will need need… 👉 An open space to participate safely in the class 👉Gym shoes 👉Comfortable clothing 👉Water 👉Extra stretching is advised after class If a learner has any disability or injury I ask parents to message me beforehand or let me know at the beginning of the class to make the appropriate modifications. It is also advised for parents to be close to the learners for safety precautions. B O N U S : Learners will receive printable stickers of different top! P L E A S E N O T E : 👉While I do my best to encourage participation from learners enrolled in my classes.
