Hi friends! 

I'm so excited that you are here and I'm looking forward to meeting you! I'm a former first-grade teacher and a native fluent Spanish speaker. I have been working with young kiddos since I was in high school so I bring a lot of experience to my classes but most importantly, a lot of FUN! 

I have a B.S. in Educational Studies and have taught in the classroom and online for 4 years. I love teaching because I love seeing how my student's face lightens up when they learn something new and when they discover their love of learning! I like to design my classes so that they are fun and educational. I want my students to use their imagination and open their mind to a whole new way of learning. 

All students matter, all students have a voice, all students have different ways of learning. I want to facilitate my learner's abilities in the best way possible. My courses will help each learner receive the appropriate help they need to reach their full potential in the classroom. 

When I'm not busy teaching and creating fun courses, I like to go to Target, spend time with my husband and my Golden Retriever, watch The Office and drink all the yummy coffee! I can't wait to meet you in my classroom soon!

CLASS POLICIES: 

OFFICE HOURS -  

I will be available Monday-Friday from 10a-5p (Pacific time) to answer questions, transfers, etc. If you contact me during the weekend I will reach back out during the week during office hours. 

REFUNDS + TRANSFERS - 

Per Outschool's limited refund policy: "Full refund within 24 hours of purchase or up to a week in advance of the class."

In case of an emergency, please message me BEFORE the class so we can work something out. 

If within the week, you realize you won’t be able to make it to the scheduled class, please email me 24 hours in advance for a transfer. This ensures another learner can enroll in that section. 

If contacted after class, I will not be able to transfer or refund you. I understand personal and family emergencies so if that happens, please email me BEFORE the class so we can work something out. 

MIC MUTE/UNMUTE –

I try to keep everybody’s mic unmuted as much as I can during the class. If there is a lot of background noise, I will mute your learners mic until they are moved to a quieter learning area or noise has stopped. 

Please be mindful of your learner’s surrounding as I want all students to participate in class unmuted.  

SIBLINGS – 

I love having siblings in my class. Please enroll all your learners as it is per Outschool’s policy to have each learner enrolled separately for the section. Enrolled siblings may share screens. 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS – 

If the class has not met the minimum number of learners, it is subject to be cancelled. I will message asking if you’d like a section transfer or a full refund if the class is cancelled. Automatic refunds are issued for no response after original class start time.
