Class starts with quick introductions - I ask everyone to say their name and their favorite Pokémon. Then we play different Pokémon themed games to practice the following sight words: I, it, in, is, the, on, to, of, a, at, am, an, and, can, go, no, said, see, or, for, do, get, are, come, like. We take around 5 minutes halfway through to stand up and play a fun game that gets us moving for a few minutes. If your student can't or doesn't have room to stand up, they can still participate in the game!

The learning goal is to practice and become more fluent with the following sight words: I, it, in, is, the, on, to, of, a, at, am, an, and, can, go, no, said, see, or, for, do, get, are, come, like.
