In this course you can expect PE, phonics, science, and geography as well as social emotional learning, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, mathematical concepts, problem solving, language and vocabulary, writing skills, listening skills, musical skills and more! At the end of year students will have a great understanding and ability to execute the following skills- -Phonics on a intermediate level -Writing letters and numbers -Appreciation for music - Creating hypothesis -Understanding social emotional wellbeing -Intermediate understanding of vocabulary and language -Intermediate understanding of world geography -Ability to listen and follow directions -Understanding of the importance of physical activity -Intermediate understanding of the months of the year -Intermediate understanding of the days of the week -Ability to count by recognition as we as memory -Intermediate understanding of manners -Intermediate understandings of science (Solar system, habitats, lifecycles, weather, etc.) -Understanding colors -Sorting by size, patterns
