Your young learner will learn about kitchen safety, practice following directions, selecting pizza toppings, and cooking vocabulary words. Adult Supervision will be needed Ingredients: Sauce 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp dry oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/8 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp salt 1 clove garlic minced Pizza Crust 2 1/4 tsp SAF instant yeast 1/2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp olive oil 3 1/2 cups flour (approximately) Toppings Your Choice!
Adult assistance will be needed! Your young learner will need assistance with using an oven to cook their pizza. Please be aware of any allergens listed in the supply list below such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. You are welcome to adjust the ingredients to meet the dietary needs of your learner. I would like to provide a safe and inclusive cooking experience for all learners.
