Pixar films are some of the most fun and creative forms of art. In this section, participants will learn the formula Pixar uses to create each movie and short. This particular tool is called the Pixar Story Spine. It helps learners understand story structure including beginning, middle, and end, problem, and resolution. It is also a useful tool for summarizing stories that can be applied to not only film but also any written story. In this section, we will engage in the Story Spine through the examination of Pixar Shorts.
