課堂經歷
In these classes, students will create their own characters based on a directed drawing. This is a 6-week course with 2 classes a week. I will start with a welcome, facts about the animal, and show students how to draw their character. Students can customize their character. After finishing their character, students add to their background and have the option to write a short story about their character. Students share their drawings/stories at the end of class and have the option to submit a picture of their completed drawing to the classroom page. I will provide feedback often. Hello! My name is Ms. C. I am so excited to see you in my Outschool classroom! I offer many classes related to dogs, wildlife, science, reading, and writing. I love teaching topics from the beautiful animals here on Earth to the gorgeous stars in the sky. I love incorporating reading, art and science all together. I have my Associate’s degree in Animal Science, Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, and my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Middle Dual Education with a specialization in Science. I am a certified teacher, and I am currently a substitute teacher and an Outschool teacher. I strive to support all my students in learning and welcoming them to a safe space. I encourage creativity, pursuing interests, and a passion for lifelong learning. I enjoy reading, writing, and being outside. A hobby that has always helped me relax has been drawing or painting.
