Beginner - Intermediate 等級
Individual piano instruction with a focus on introducing the styles of music that the student is most interested in learning. Music theory, ear training, improvisation and sight reading are all skills that can be practiced and strengthened through these individual lessons. This approach is most beneficial for someone who already has a beginning level of knowledge and experience on the piano, and who has an interest in expanding their musical experience, however students new to the piano are...
We will spend time studying music theory, technique, sight reading, ear training and improvisation, with a focus on the style of playing and songs that most interest the individual student. Let me know what interests you!
Aurore has been teaching piano off and on for twenty-five years and is a performing musician and songwriter. She also teaches math and language arts classes on Outschool.

Students will be expected to practice the piano in between lessons; 15- 20 minutes a day is recommended for the young student, while the more advanced student should practice 20-30 minutes or more.1 - 2 每週課外時間

Piano playing supports fine motor skills and auditory processing. Aurore has worked as an educational support teacher as well as subjects and music teacher.
A piano or full-sized, weighted keyboard is recommended. Pencil and paper, songbooks on teacher recommendation, based upon the student's interests.
Dependent upon the student's musical interests. I recommend The Piano Adventure series for the beginning student.
