Periodic Check-Ins: Throughout the course, I will conduct informal assessments during class to gauge each student's understanding of the material. These check-ins may include interactive activities, oral reading exercises, and participation in class discussions. Progress Reports: I will provide follow-up communication to parents with detailed progress reports. These reports will highlight your child's achievements, areas for improvement, and suggestions for continued practice at home. Frequency and Format: Assessments will be conducted periodically, typically every few weeks, to ensure consistent monitoring of progress. All assessments will be conducted during class time to keep the experience stress-free and integrated into the learning process. There will be no take-home assignments or formal tests. Requirement: While formal assessments are not required for all students, periodic check-ins are an essential part of our learning process. These informal assessments help tailor instruction to meet each student's needs. Our goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel confident in their abilities and excited about learning.
