Join this fun and engaging class to learn how to cook for a party! We will cover everything from drinks, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, all done on your schedule! We will even reveal our favorite centerpieces for dinners. I will have a guest, Chef Stephanie, who has taught cooking classes, for many years. I have been a teacher for over 35 years and have cooked since I was 8 years old. For the last five years, I have assisted my daughter, Chef Stephanie, who will be a special guest, in teaching cooking classes to children 8 - 16.
Learners will be using the oven and/or the stove in most classes. We will also be using knives for cutting vegetables. Parents are strongly encouraged to assist the learner in the kitchen. Please be aware of possible allergens for your child such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, or nuts (some of these are optional ingredients).
