課堂經歷
This is an online class for painting/drawing a seascape with sailboats in cubism style for children 8-13 years old (7-15 are welcome). I will be using watercolor paints/pencils on paper (mixed media/watercolor paper). Students are welcome to use acrylic paints or tempera/washable paints and canvas, or colored pencils/crayons on paper instead. I have two cameras turned on so students can see me and my table at the same time. Students are drawing their own works while listening to my instructions and looking at my demonstration. They can ask questions any time and share their work in progress for feedback. NO previous experience is required. Supplies required: paints (watercolors or tempera or acrylic)or colored pencils/crayons or watercolor pencils; mixed media/watercolor paper or canvas; water; a couple of brushes; paper towel or napkin; pencil, and eraser.

Hello and welcome! My name is Anna Starkova, I'm an artist, a mother of two (9 and 5 years old) and a wife.
Art has always been my biggest passion since childhood. I love working in various techniques like oil and acrylic painting, watercolors, and graphite drawing. Recently, I have started exploring the full potential watercolor pencils as well. Here at Outschool, I'm offering various one-time classes and 4-week courses (several one-time classes grouped together) in watercolor pencil art technique, graphite drawing and acrylic painting.
I have my own art studio in Needham, MA (Greater Boston Area) where I offer group and individual art lessons for children (age 4+) and adults. I enjoy working with my students and creating new artworks, exploring new themes with them and mastering different techniques. I show and teach all that I have learned during my own art process.
I feel honored to receive several awards and to be selected to participate in many juried art exhibitions throughout New England as well as in New York City. I am also honored to have my paintings in private collections all around the world: USA, Russia, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Australia, UAE, India, and Japan.
