Outlines can be confusing and feel like a bit like busywork-- but they are invaluable tools for writers, readers, and researchers of all ages! In this class, we'll introduce students to outlines and discuss why they're so useful. We'll talk about the steps of creating an outline in a fun, engaging way. Then, students will be tasked with writing their own outline to get feedback directly from the teacher. This is a fun, engaging class that seeks to show students why outlines are the key to cohesive, structured, and frustration-free writing.
