Students will receive documents that illustrate how to create a graphic organizer for expository and argumentative compositions, a "how to" write an introduction, and a "how to" write a conclusion.等級

This class is an introduction to strategies for making it easier for the writing process to flow. I will cover graphic organizers, paragraph organization, and organizational structure for introductions and conclusions. I like to structure my class by using the "I do it, we do it, you do it." My teaching style is structured, and within that structure, I like students to comment and ask questions as we work through the material together. I will use slides as part of the presentation and a white board to model use of strategies.

Students will produce a graphic organizer independently.Students will demonstrate a well-organized introduction.
