Students will learn receive one-on-one private flute lessons with a professional flute educator. I don’t believe that private music lessons should be taught using a “one size fits all” approach, so each lesson is tailored to the individual student based on age, musical background, and learning style. Mrs. Grimsrud is an experienced flute and band teacher of 16 years, and has been playing flute/piccolo for 26 years! She has a Bachelor of Music in Music Education; History-Political Science from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a Master of Educational Technology from Boise State University in Boise, ID. Mrs. Grimsrud is also a licensed music educator in both Idaho and Minnesota.
