In today's fast-paced world, students face a myriad of challenges, from academic pressures to social dynamics. We WILL be using more fluid movements compared to the hold & breathe as I typically teach. Somatic Movement = Fluidity.

Teaching yoga since 1994, I've worked with an enormous population. Including AZ Cardinals, Taylor Swift & band (long ago), Columbus Crew, MS Society, Girl Scouts of America, Dr's & Chiropractor's offices, and 1:1 sessions in-person and online.

E-RYT500 means: Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours. I have over 28,000 hours clocded on Yoga Alliance.
