We can schedule classes one or multiple times a week, providing learners with the opportunity to conjugate verbs, expand their vocabulary, practice sentence patterns, explore Spanish math, learn new phrases, and gain a solid understanding of grammar rules and concepts, all while focusing on proper pronunciation.

My teaching style and lessons are ideal for students with minimal to some Spanish experience, as they help cultivate lifelong Spanish learners. During each lesson, learners will have the chance to listen, think critically about what they have learned, and engage in fun activities with me, making connections to their day-to-day life. In each of my lessons, the learner will have ample opportunities to practice speaking while completing exercises. I, "La Profe," will be there to check for understanding every time a new concept, vocabulary, phrases, or sentence patterns are introduced. The lessons are designed to teach the Spanish language through interactive teacher-to-student instruction, utilizing colorful slides, gifs, pictures, music, critical listening activities, games, and more.

After the completion of the first lesson, each subsequent private lesson is customized according to the learner's level and understanding. The initial lesson serves as an assessment for me to evaluate the learner's proficiency in verb knowledge, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills. This data helps me tailor future lessons to their specific needs.

Overall, each lesson is enriched with various activities. The learner will have the opportunity to acquire new vocabulary, practice Spanish math, engage in reading comprehension activities, learn common phrases, tackle tongue twisters, read and sing along, and participate in listening activities—all while honing their pronunciation skills.

Sample Lessons 

Ages 3-6: These lessons use colorful illustrations, songs, and interactive activities to introduce young learners to Spanish. They practice pronunciation, learn basic grammar rules, and expand their vocabulary while enjoying interactive listening and singing activities.

Ages 7-10: In this age group, students continue to enjoy illustrations, songs, and interactive activities. They practice verb conjugation, learn sentence patterns, and incorporate relevant sight words. Fun activities like tongue-twisters, jokes, Spanish math, and vocabulary games further enhance language skills.

Ages 11-14: Lessons for older students involve authentic texts, vocabulary practice, and encourage conversations and open-ended questions. They learn verb conjugations across different tenses, engage in activities to foster confident speaking, proper grammar usage, and accurate pronunciation.
