I am a state certified teacher in Texas and have been teaching reading between the ages of 3 and 11 for over thirteen years. I have taught in both public schools and in private preschools providing whole group, small group, and 1:1 reading instruction. With a struggling reader at home, I am sensitive to the challenges students feel when they are not confident in their reading.
