In this one-time class, I will provide customized tutoring to your child based on their individual needs. I am a former 1st & 2nd-grade teacher with extensive classroom and tutoring experience with student from kindergarten through 5th-grade. Parents are encourage to reach out to me to discuss the needs of their child and any concerns they have. This session will be very interactive and I will provide feedback to parents via Outschool messaging. My areas of expertise are: -Phonics/decoding -Reading comprehension -Reading fluency -Number sense -Basic arithmetic

I am an elementary school teacher with extensive experience in planning and teaching math, reading, writing, science, and social studies lessons for general education student's. I currently teach in a self-contained Autism classroom. I also facilitated private one-on-one tutoring and after school "bootcamp" tutoring sessions to help prepare struggling students for the statewide math and reading assessment tests. I am a member of the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics. I am currently working toward my master's degree in teaching math and science.
