Nonverbal communication refers to the way we move our hands and face, the tone of our voice, eye contact and facial expressions. Our body and face often communicate more than our words do, but how can we tell? In this class we'll learn about the different types of nonverbal communication and how we can better understand what the people around us are saying, even without their words. 

I teach with a discussion-based classroom. I love for students to engage with the material, and each other while we are coming to learn. I will have slides and activities for us to do during class to really understand the concepts. Learners do not need any prior knowledge before taking this course.
