In this one time course, students will create an easy, cute, and delicious No Bake Penguin Cookie treat! These "cookies" contain only 6 simple ingredients. Ingredients: 24 Town House Crackers--or any oval shaped cracker 1 jar creamy peanut butter (about 1 tsp. per cookie) OR alternative nut/nut free butter 1 pkg chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy melts 12 bright white chocolate candy melt wafers (Wilton brand is about $2.50 for a 12 oz bag at my local big box store) Orange candies--Either M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces (2 candies for feet and ½ candy for beak) Candy eyes (2 per cookie) Materials: 1 baking sheet lined with wax paper 1 microwave safe medium sized mixing bowl to melt chocolate in Rubber spatula Fork Butter Knife Small bowls for toppings (optional) **Microwave Access** Optional: Apron, towel or paper towel for wiping hands
