In this thirty minute class, students will be introduced to the beautiful world of flowers. They will learn the names of many different flowers through a colorful slide show. They will be introduced to the parts of a flower, as well as pollination and photosynthesis. They will engage in discussions and ask/answer questions about flowers. Learners will draw several of their favorite flowers with guidance from Miss Erin. They can use this new knowledge to continue drawing more flowers on their own after class! At the end of the class, each student may share their flower drawings with the class (if they wish!) No prior knowledge about flowers is required in order to participate in this class. I look forward to exploring the fabulous world of flowers with your child! Miss Erin
